Fanfare

This short fanfare for brass ensemble and timpani is inspired by the famous fanfare from Leoš Janáček’s Sinfonietta.

The instrumentation brings together 4 trumpets, 2 horns, 3 trombones, tuba and timpani, creating a powerful formation that fully highlights the brilliance, strength and rich sonority of the brass.

Short and impactful, this brass ensemble fanfare is particularly suited to concert openings, ceremonies and special events, providing a strong and effective musical statement whenever a striking brass sound is needed.
